Out-of-Office Files
CADD Standards • Version 1.0
All disks received from out-of-office sources should be retained and
stored in an "Out-of-Office File" storage. After the received file
is copied to the project sub-directory on the hard drive it shall
be placed in the aforementioned location for future record. Revisions
to the file should not be saved to the original received disk,
but to an empty project disk. No disk should be stored at any drafting
space or local computer terminal.
