Final digital submittal to the client shall be in the format requested by the client, if no format is specified then it shall adhere to the standards set forth in this manual. Files requiring translations not readily achieved by out-of-office consultants shall be translated in-house to keep the submittal consistent with the client needs. A readme.txt file shall be included with all digital submittals. This file should contain a list of all files contained in the submittal and any other pertinent information necessary for the client to reproduce the final plot results. The submittal shall be on media requested by the client or 3-1/2" floppy disk. Floppy disks shall be labeled with the standard company disk label.
