CADD Standards • Version 1.0
Tags are notational symbols that are used to label and identify
specific parts of a drawing. Since they don't have an intrinsic
physical size like a door or a bathtub. Tags are scaled to be
readable when plotted, independent of drawing scale. Most tags
include an attribute, which can be left blank and edited at latter
time or filled in at the time of insertion.
Architectural tags are to be used as established in your Office
Drafting Standards. The tags should be inserted on the appropriate
"TAGS" layer for consistency.
